EXPRESS THE BRAND CONFERENCE THEME

From invites to websites and more, brand the theme for this year's event with visual movement and interest.

From lower thirds, helpful arrows to navigate the space and interact with the attendees, to intro videos for on-demand sessions and more.  Music helps expand the experience.

ESCAPE THE 2D SYNDROME

Connect your attendees with visuals of where they are in the world and allow them to tell their story by video.  See Example

Rainbow Story - Google Earth

ROUND ME - 3D Photography - would be great to have any of the buildings that were lit up to be in 3d.

Create a 3d on your iphone

It would also work well for Wellness activities and meditation.

IMEX example (doesn't need to be as elaborate/confusing)

You can take this even further with....

Personalized Tours and

Virtual Reality

And more personal by adding tours and more

Google Expeditions

Google Earth

The "sense" of 3d can also apply to the Teal Takeover Party with an "game like" environment.

Graphically record virtual/hybrid meetings, workshops and events to make a real difference to the way attendees experience, process, and use information.

Available within minutes after the session.

Benefits the speakers and is a great sponsorship offering.

These were great on a recent 4 hour live event.  It was fun to watch them come up on Twitter, but wanted to see them compiled (they could be added as follow up with session survey's etc.)

Could also be done for recorded events (and if a swag bag was given, this would make good material to include.  Could say "do not open until" after the live portion.

BREAK IDEA - have someone film the illustrator making them and then show it in between sessions in fast motion.
