The environ-meantal savvy corporation buys carbon offsets for their event.  To showcase the companies green endeavors, beautiful living moss wall units and/or edible walls are set up behind transparent displays showcasing the companies contributions to sustainability and highlighing the projects the offset will benefit.  The moss walls can be reused at the office and remind attendees of the successful event, while providing fresh air and soothing sounds in stale offices.  Edible walls can be reused in corporate cafeterias, or offered as recognition for employees who have promoted green policies within the company.

The environ-meantal savvy sponsors buy carbon offsets for the event.  To showcase their recognition, beautiful living moss wall units and/or edible walls are set up behind transparent displays recognizing their contribution, showing the projects the offset will benefit (selected by the sponsor) as well as their current marketing.  The touch screen allows attendees to get more information.  Attendees can scan their badges to enter to win the moss/edible walls (or they can be donated to local schools or community centers).
